Full responsibility for all interior operations, ensuring an exceptional level of service and luxury hospitality for guests. This includes leading the interior team and overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards for housekeeping, room preparation and evening turndown service, as well as managing guest and crew laundry, inventory and supplies. Responsibilities also include table setting, meal and beverage service, managing guest preferences, maintaining impeccable interior presentation, and working closely with the Captain, Chef and Deck Department to ensure smooth and seamless onboard operations.
